In January 2022, the EcoDesign Directive was released, designed to improve the environmental performance of products across the EU.

Our French manufacturer J C Bordelet, are currently making adaptations to existing products and developing new models that will conform with this new regulation.

In the meantime, the only change that you’ll notice is that some of our fireplaces are now categorised as ‘Decorative’, with efficiency, heat output and performance figures removed.
